  • This Harry Potter Satchel Bag is the ideal over the shoulder accessory for anybody who spent their childhood waiting for their letter from Hogwarts. Featuring the Hogwarts crest in debossed detailing and the famous Hogwarts letter seal on the front, the back of the bag also includes Harry Potter's address at the Dursley's huse on Privet Drive and an Owl Post stamp. The Harry Potter Satchel bag has a black shoulder strap and carry handle with a magnetic clasp to close, and the red inside lining features a repeat print pattern of the Harry Potter logo in white.

Delivery

We want to put your order in your hands as soon as possible and aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12:00pm BST on the same working day. Orders placed after 12:00pm BST will be dispatched the following working day. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.

- 48 Hour tracked delivery is £2.95 (orders over £25 are free in the UK).
- 24 Hour tracked delivery is £3.95

- Tracking codes will be sent via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- European orders are charged at £7.00. We estimate delivery can take up to 5 working days.

We are unable to process orders on public holidays.

Every effort will be made to deliver the goods to the time-frames outlined above. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Should there be a delay to your order HMB will inform you as soon as possible.

Please note: International delivery times will vary and are estimates only. Delays in your country’s customs bureau may add to your delivery time and we cannot guarantee an international delivery date
You have 21 days from the date of your delivery to return your order. Please contact our customer service team to notify us that you would you like to return an item and we will advise the next steps.

Products must be returned in the original condition and packaging in which received. Once a return has been received at our warehouse a full refund will be processed.

Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning a product. We advise that you use a tracked service. Please allow up to 48 hours for a return to be processed through our warehouse.

If your item is damaged or believed to be faulty please contact our customer service superheroes at help@halfmoonbay.co.uk who will do their best to save the day. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response during busy periods. Please note our business hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
