From January our business operating hours will be limited due to the challenges of COVID-19. We will only be able to despatch orders on Mondays and Thursdays so please bear this in mind when placing any orders. Tracking codes will be sent via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
All orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods within the timeframes outlined above. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Should there be a delay to your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Please note: International delivery times will vary and are estimates only. Delays in your country’s customs bureau may add to your delivery time and we cannot guarantee an international delivery date.
Products must be returned in the original condition and packaging in which received. Once a return has been received at our warehouse a full refund will be processed.
Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning a product. We advise that you use a tracked service. Please allow up to 48 hours for a return to be processed through our warehouse.
