TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. By participating you hereby release and hold harmless Facebook, Instagram or Twitter from any and all liability associated with this promotion.
2. This competition is open to residents of the UK.
3. You must be 13 years old or over to enter this competition (at the time of entry).
4. This competition is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Half Moon Bay Ltd.
5. For your chance to win a collection of Half Moon Bay giftware, you must do either of the following:
1. Follow @halfmoonbayshop on Instagram, like the competition post and tag your lobster (or a friend) in the comments.
2. Follow @halfmoonbayltd on Twitter, then retweet the competition tweet and tag your lobster (or a friend) in the replies.
3. Head to the official Half Moon Bay Shop Facebook page, locate the competition post, like it and tell us who’s your lobster (or a friend who’s always there for you) in the comments.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received for any reason.
7. This competition will close at 12pm on the 29th September 2021. Entries made after this time will not be valid.
8. One winner will be chosen from all valid entries at random after this time.
9. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The winner will be contacted via social media. If winners do not respond within one week, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another competition entrant who will also be chosen at random.
11. The winner will be asked to provide their full name and postal address. These details will be used for competition purposes only. By entering this competition, we assume you have read our terms and agree to this use of your personal data.
12. The prize will be posted to the address provided by the winner.
13. All prizes are non transferable and cannot be sold to another person.  No prize or part of the prize is exchangeable.
