How much is delivery?

Standard Tracked - 2-3 Working Days: £3.59 (FREE for orders over £15).

Express  Tracked - 1-2 Working Days: £4.49

We are currently unable to ship outside of the UK.

 

I want to return an item, what do I do?

You have 21 days from the date of your delivery to return your order. Please contact our customer service team to notify us that you would you like to return an item.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning a product. We advise that you use a tracked service. 

If your item is damaged or believed to be faulty please contact help@halfmoonbayshop.co.uk. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response during busy periods. Please note our business hours are Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm.

My order is damaged or faulty, what do I do?

Can I cancel my order?

Please email help@halfmoonbayshop.co.uk as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t already shipped we will do our best to cancel the order.
