Delivery

*Please note that strike action by Royal Mail will take place on the dates below which will impact usual delivery times. Please allow additional time over this period and bare in mind if you are placing a time critical order. *

9th, 11th, 14th,15th, 23rd and 24th December. We advise placing orders ASAP for delivery before Christmas. 

 

Please note our Warehouse and Office will be closed over the Christmas Period from 23rd December to 3rd January. Any orders placed during this time will be despatched Tuesday 3rd January.

UK SHIPPING OPTIONS: 

- Standard Tracked - 2-3 Working Days: £3.49 (FREE for orders over £30).

- Express  Tracked - 1-2 Working Days: £4.49

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS

- We are currently unable to ship outside the UK. We hope to reinstate this soon.

Tracking codes will be sent via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.


All orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Every effort will be made to deliver the goods within the timeframes outlined above. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Should there be a delay to your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Please note: International delivery times will vary and are estimates only. Delays in your country’s customs bureau may add to your delivery time and we cannot guarantee an international delivery date.

Returns

You have 21 days from the date of your delivery to return your order. Please contact our customer service team to notify us that you would you like to return an item and we will advise the next steps.

Products must be returned in the original condition and packaging in which received. Once a return has been received at our warehouse a full refund will be processed.

Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning a product. We advise that you use a tracked service.  Please allow up to 48 hours for a return to be processed through our warehouse.
