Refund policy

You have 21 days from the date of your delivery to return your order. Please contact our customer service team to notify us that you would you like to return an item and we will advise the next steps.

Products must be returned in the original condition and packaging in which received. Once a return has been received at our warehouse a full refund will be processed.

Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning a product. We advise that you use a tracked service. Please allow up to 48 hours for a return to be processed through our warehouse.

If your item is damaged or believed to be faulty, please contact our customer service superheroes on help@halfmoonbay.co.uk. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response during busy periods. Please note our business hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
