When the Christmas decorations come out, there is always room for one more familiar face. This ceramic Paddington Bear hanging decoration is ready to take its place on the tree – and perhaps become one of those ornaments everyone looks forward to finding each December.

Red Hat, Blue Duffle Coat

Paddington Bear stands with his paws tucked neatly by his sides, his friendly brown face peeping out beneath that unmistakable red hat. His blue duffle coat has tiny moulded toggles, and the glossy finish gives the colours a cheerful shine. Unlike a flat bauble, this is a fully shaped figure, with the back of the coat and hat finished too. A grey hanging ribbon is attached at the top.

A Place on the Christmas Tree

Loop the ribbon over a secure branch of the Christmas tree, or hang the ornament from a suitable garland or decorative hook. The little figure can hang among baubles, lights and other family favourites without taking over the display. It is a ceramic decoration made to be admired rather than played with, so handle it carefully when putting it up and taking it down.

One to Welcome Back Each Year

The decorations we remember most are often the ones we enjoy unpacking each December. This Paddington Bear ornament is a thoughtful choice for someone who grew up with the stories, or for a family starting its own Christmas traditions. Give it with a much-loved Paddington Bear book, wrap it as a small Christmas present or simply save a special spot for it on the tree. Afterwards, pack it carefully away with the other decorations, ready for another festive season.
