Tracking codes will be sent via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
We want to put your order in your hands as soon as possible, so if you order before 2pm BST, we’ll dispatch it on the same working day. All orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the following day.
All orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods within the timeframes outlined above. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Should there be a delay to your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Products must be returned in the original condition and packaging in which received. Once a return has been received at our warehouse a full refund will be processed.
Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning a product. We advise that you use a tracked service. Please allow up to 48 hours for a return to be processed through our warehouse.
